I’m very disturbed about what’s happening with squidoo.
First I couldn’t understand why absolute crapp lenses (and I mean crapp – one lens for example has 9 words in it) should be in a higher lensrank than good well-written lenses.
Now I am even more disturbed by blatant theft from highly popular websites. One particular case was reported 2 weeks ago but the person who was reported still has his handful of plagiarised lenses online.
All I can assume is that the money coming now to the owners of squidoo is more important than a law suit later. After all, when a legal order to Take Down arrives, then the squidoo owners just take the site down. But not before they have pocketed a few extra dollars.
Am I being too cynical?
