Visitors are dropping by my I Love Quince!. That’s nice, I had a strange time with this one.
Someone rated it very low (2 stars) and of course that dragged down other ratings which followed.
Then I submitted it to a food group. Golly, it got a quick response. I submitted, then navigated back to my dashboard and, by the time my dashboard had opened, the quince lens had been rejected. Must have been a record. Less than a minute all up. No exaggeration! Hardly time, I would have thought, to have opened the group to see the lens, much less have a quick scan through of it.
LOL. Must have been those darned two stars.
Anyhow the upshot of that experience was that it impelled me to open my own food group.
And here it is : Epicure, a collection of classy lenses on fine food. Not your everyday meal of tuna patties, but the very best in taste sensation from sweet delights to stupendous soups, presented by lensmasters who love good food.
Excellent Groups Award
Epicure also picked up an award from Great Squidoo Groups.
Needless to say I immediately put my Quince lens in there. It’s a good little group, 50 lenses, and all very good ones.
